Refund Policy
Cancellations by Client

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund of service fees, excluding any non-refundable travel fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: Service fees are non-refundable. Travel fees may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment within the same calendar month.
Cancellations by Consultant
If the Consultant must cancel, the Client will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Refund Limitations

Travel fees already incurred are non-refundable once travel has started.

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within the same month.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule at no penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur additional travel costs if a new trip is required.
