In-person services are available within Wisconsin only, and no more than three (3) hours driving distance one-way from Oshkosh, WI.

The Consultant reserves the right to decline or cancel in-person appointments outside these limits.
Custom Travel Quotes

Travel is billed separately and quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Quotes are calculated using factors such as:

Round-trip mileage (based on current IRS mileage rates or agreed flat rates)

Travel time

Fuel, tolls, and parking fees

Clients must request and approve a custom travel quote before scheduling any in-person appointment.
Non-Refundable Travel Fees

Once travel has begun, associated travel fees are non-refundable, even if the appointment is canceled or cut short.

If hazardous weather or road conditions prevent travel, the appointment may be rescheduled or converted to remote service at no additional travel charge.
